Work with Nikki
Your offer, your price, your customers — sorted.
You did the workshop. You're holding a sentence, a number, and a date. Here's what happens next — two ways, depending on how far you want to take it.
Offer 1 · The Review
45 minutes on your numbers · $75
Bring your workbook. In 45 minutes we go through your offer statement, your pricing, and the one gap you circled — and work out exactly what to do about it.
You leave with your sentence fixed, your price checked against your real costs, and one action you're confident enough to do that week.
A 90-minute session is normally $350. $75 is for the people who were in the room at Darebin. If you go on to the six-month program, your $75 comes off the price.
Book your 45 minutesOffer 2 · The Program
Client Capture Program · six months · $7,500
Confirm your offer. Price it properly. Build the journey. Then capture clients — with me beside you, fortnightly, for six months.
Who it's for
Service businesses and micro businesses where the owner is the product — consultants, practitioners, coaches, makers, studios. You're good at the work. You've never had the structure around it.
What we build, month by month
| Month | We work on | You leave with |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Offer | Your offer sentence, tested. Your ladder: a small first yes → your core offer → the premium version | An offer a stranger can say yes to without asking a question |
| 2 · Numbers | Real costs, your hourly rate, the formula, the anchor. What a price rise actually costs you in customers | A price that pays you first — and the number of customers you can afford to lose |
| 3 · Journey | Awareness → trust → decision → action, mapped from what actually happens. The one stage you're losing people. The fix | Your price on the page. A booking link. The three waits deleted |
| 4 · Reach | Who you're actually compared to. Where your people already are. The 3× reach model: reach 27, engage 9, convert 3 | A weekly reach routine you can keep |
| 5 · Convert | Proof that matches your price. The small first yes that turns interest into a booking. Follow-up that doesn't feel like chasing | A conversation-to-yes path you don't have to improvise |
| 6 · Keep | What one customer is worth over a year. Re-booking, referrals, the reason they come back | Retention built in — so you're not refilling from zero every month |

Why me
I've done this for over 20 years — on my own products first.
Product development, wholesale and retail before Wisdome, SpeakerLinq & LinqVid. I've priced things badly, watched good people charge like they're apologising, and built three platforms that 1,200+ business owners have learned inside. I'm not an accountant. I'm the person who knows how to turn a skill into something people say yes to.

- Workshops for Darebin and Merri-bek City Councils
The questions
What people ask before they book
"I'm not sure which one."
Book the $75. If it turns into the program, the $75 comes off.
"Is $7,500 a lot?"
It's $1,250 a month. Run it against what one customer is worth to you over a year — page 12 of your workbook. Most people find one extra client a month covers it.
"I'm not confident enough to charge that."
Confidence follows the numbers, not the other way round. That's month two.
"Can we start later?"
Yes. Places are limited to what I can actually give fortnightly attention to — six at a time.
